1 General Provisions and Definitions

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk 44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Common mobile banking services and bank transfers are supported for secure and convenient payments.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank) are available for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are supported for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if verification is pending or an investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, pk 44 reserves the right to verify the user's identity. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide the required documents in time may delay the withdrawal process.

4.4 Account Ownership

The owner of the payment method and the owner of the pk 44 account must be the same person for both deposits and withdrawals. Financial transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit yields a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Once a bonus is claimed, another bonus generally cannot be activated at the same time.
• If misconduct or manipulation in bonus activity is found, the related bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
• pk 44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any suspicious or unusual betting pattern is detected in bonus activity, the account will be investigated.

5.3 VIP Cashback

pk 44's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold tier member can receive up to ৳120 cashback on a ৳20,000 net loss (৳20,000 × 0.6%).

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pk 44 is governed by the rules below. These rules apply across all game types — casino, live dealer, sports betting, and others.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error on the platform. For sports betting, ensure your bet is placed before the event begins. In live betting, temporary pauses may occasionally occur due to system updates.

6.2 Determining Results

All game results are determined by impartial algorithms or the actual outcome of live events. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, pk 44 reserves the right to correct it in line with the actual result.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment towards other users.

8 Intellectual Property and Content

All content published on the pk 44 platform — including logos, images, text, game interfaces, design elements, and software — is protected under intellectual property law. This content is owned by pk 44 or its licensors.

9 Limitations and Liability

However, in cases of serious violations of the Terms and Conditions, the account will be permanently closed and any balance earned from bonuses may be forfeited.
